"Modern teaching methods"

In order to fulfill the university’s continuing education plan for the 2019-2020 academic year and to ensure continuous improvement of the professional competencies of the university’s teaching staff, December 18–27, 2019, the planned courses of the Department for Advanced Studies of Scientific and Pedagogical Personnel on the topic “Modern Teaching Methods” began.

Mass open online courses

The university has successfully implemented measures to introduce mass open online courses on the Open Edx platform. To improve the qualifications of the faculty on organizing mass open online courses (MOOC) and introducing the results into the educational process, from February 18-01 to March 3, 2019, the advanced training department of scientific and pedagogical personnel together with the Institute of Distance Learning organized advanced training courses “Massive Open -courses".

Trilingual education - time requirement

Today, the university holds a number of activities for the professional development of faculty. From 29.10 to 9.11.2018 the department of advanced training of scientific and pedagogical personnel in conjunction with the department "Pathology of animals" of the Higher School of Agricultural Sciences organized refresher courses for faculty members on the topic "Veterinary Sanitation" and "Veterinary Ecology: Technogenic Diseases of Animals in Complexes".
